Terms of Service

1. The Service
Mini Money Control Center ("the Service") is a private social media management tool operated by Kyle Klosowski ("we", "us"). The Service connects to third-party social networks you authorize — including Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google (YouTube), Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr, Mastodon, Bluesky, Telegram, Vimeo, Snapchat, and Dev.to — and on your behalf publishes posts, reads account data, and ingests inbound messages and comments.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is available to invited users only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for every action taken under your account.
3. Connected Platforms
When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant via that platform's OAuth flow. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service and acceptable use policies. You agree not to use the Service to violate any connected platform's rules.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: (a) publish unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content; (b) infringe any intellectual property right; (c) distribute malware or spam; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) attempt to circumvent technical controls or access data belonging to other users; (f) violate any law or any connected platform's terms.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of every post, message, image, and video you submit through the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and publish that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf. We claim no ownership over your content.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of any connected third-party platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting all platforms and requesting account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination we will delete stored OAuth tokens; other data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
